3. Payments

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer.

  • All payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Kalon.pk is not responsible for any extra fees or charges imposed by banks or payment gateways.

4. Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times range from 2–4 business days depending on your location.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Kalon.pk is not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, only if:

    • The item is unopened and in its original condition.

    • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • Products that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

6. Use of Products

  • All products are intended for external use only.

  • Results may vary from person to person.

  • Kalon.pk is not liable for any reactions or outcomes due to misuse or allergy.

  • We recommend patch testing before use and consulting a dermatologist if you have sensitive or problematic skin.

8. Affiliate & Referral Programs

  • Influencers and affiliates promoting Kalon.pk agree to our affiliate terms.
