Return & Refund Policy

At Kalon.pk, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we follow a strict but fair exchange policy.


πŸ“¦ Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges only, not cash refunds, under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • You return the item within 7 days of delivery


🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Product has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • You changed your mind after delivery

  • Sale/discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Products without original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot restock used skincare.


πŸ” Exchange Process

  1. Email us at hello@kalon.pk with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for exchange

    • Clear pictures of the product

  2. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, send the item back via courier to the address we provide.
    (Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged/wrong.)

  4. Once received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item.


πŸ’° Refunds (if applicable)

We only offer refunds in rare cases such as:

  • You paid online and the item is out of stock

  • You received a duplicate order due to system error

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
